    • I agree to provide transportation for my child(s) and to arrive five minutes before start and end times.
    • My child will come to follow instructions, wear comfortable clothes, behave, participate and cooperate kindly.
    • I will register below while space is still available and Venmo $200 for each spot in each camp to @Annika-Cook.
    • My cancellation must be made 14 days before the applicable camp or I receive no refund.​
    • I know my child may be recorded and this may be posted, published, or sold in unlimited forms without pay.
