    • My child will attend full sessions (in Millcreek) Wednesday, June 26 through Friday, June 28 at 9am-12pm.
    • I agree to provide transportation for my child(s) and to arrive five minutes before start and end times.
    • My child will come to follow instructions, wear comfortable clothes, behave, participate and cooperate kindly..
    • I will register below while space is still available and Venmo $200 payment to @Annika-Cook to hold a spot.
    • My cancellation must be made before May 31, 2025 or I receive no refund.​
